Account & access
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality
of your credentials. You are responsible for activities that occur under your
account.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security incidents.
- Ensure users comply with these terms and applicable laws.
- Refrain from tampering with or reverse-engineering the platform.
Subscriptions & billing
Fees are invoiced according to the plan selected. Unless stated otherwise, payments
are due within 30 days. Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Pricing details are published on our site or in your order form.
- Plans renew automatically unless cancelled in writing before renewal.
- Taxes and third-party fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Linear Syber Tech services or disrupt other customers. This
includes prohibitions on:
- Uploading malicious code, spam, or infringing content.

Attempting to bypass security controls or penetration testing without consent.
- Using the service for unlawful surveillance or harassment.
Service level & support
We provide 24/7 monitoring and response, with detailed SLAs communicated in your
service agreement. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance.
- Critical issues receive initial response within 30 minutes.
- Non-critical tickets are acknowledged within one business day.

Status updates are posted to the service status page.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach if it is not cured
within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, you must discontinue use and
return or destroy confidential information.
Sections relating to confidentiality, fees owed, indemnification, and dispute
resolution survive termination.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved through
good-faith negotiations, followed by binding arbitration in Dhaka if required.
